Sopa de Ajo is one of the foundation stones
of the Spanish cuisine. In its most basic domestic form,
it began as a concoction of crushed garlic, crumbled
stale bread, and olive oil in hot water, but it has
evolved to encompass many regional and individual interpretations.
It is great for warming and cleansing the blood, combating
